Le Sacha sur Ferin

After a very good review, we were very disappointed after two visits in the evening (on a Saturday). It tasted like reheated food! Microwaved! The salmon was overcooked, with a bad taste and no flavor (like Marie's). The waiter noticed and replaced the dish, which arrived two minutes later, but it was cold. The gratin dauphinois was grayish, and I suspect it was reheated from lunch. In short, we left without dessert. The owner didn't even apologize. We won't be going back. Either they've changed chefs or things are going downhill. Restaurants need to understand that when we pay, it's to enjoy a delicious meal, not to leave it all on the plate.

We enjoyed our meal. Everything was good and plentiful. Our only complaint was the rushed service. The aperitif was served at the same time as the main course. The appetizers were taken away when we wanted to savor them at our leisure. The waitress's rapid speech unintentionally conveyed a sense of stress. Nevertheless, we appreciated the service's effort.

What a wonderful discovery in Férin! We had a very pleasant time at this restaurant. Everything was delicious, from the generously filled charcuterie board to the perfectly seasoned steak tartare. The presentation of the dishes was elegant and enticing. Special mention goes to the fries, served in their little basket, which were perfectly crispy. A place to remember without hesitation for lovers of good, convivial cuisine.
