Invited to a wedding reception. The restaurant was entirely private. The decor was magnificent, and we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy our meal on the outdoor terrace. Everything is homemade and seasonal! The welcome and service were pleasant. I will return to try their menu.

An excellent restaurant that you absolutely must try.
The dishes are delicious, and the chef always manages to create bold and truly exquisite flavor combinations.
The setting is elegant, cozy, and peaceful.
And the friendliness, kindness, and helpfulness of the chef and staff make us travel hundreds of kilometers to return regularly. Bravo and thank you!

End-of-vacation family meal.
We enjoyed the very pleasant and peaceful interior terrace. The play of light on the palm tree was delightful.
Besides the setting, the dishes were delicious, generous, and offered bold and interesting flavor combinations.
We regret living so far away!
But the region and the town of Pont-Audemer might entice us again, and then we won't hesitate to dine at Sadi Carnot once more!

The spritz!!!!! Microscopic portion.
Out of the three soft-boiled eggs ordered, one was hard-boiled. The combination of flavors wasn't great, too many ingredients.
The seared tuna was overcooked.
A somewhat disappointing experience. However, the terrace is very pleasant.

We had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding on August 1st at this restaurant, and we couldn't have dreamed of a better place for such an important day.
From beginning to end, everything was perfect.
The meal was a hit with all our guests. Each dish was delicious, refined, and prepared with great care, using high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented plates. We received nothing but compliments from our guests.
