For those looking to enjoy finer, high-quality cuisine in Pont-Audemer and the surrounding area, 'Le Sadi Carnot' is the place to be. They have a rather limited menu, but it changes regularly. Consequently, they serve original dishes and combinations.
As an amuse-bouche, we were served a merguez tartinable, a nice extra. The starters and main courses were all very tasty and well-presented. The service was also perfectly fine.

This restaurant is fabulous! I thoroughly enjoyed the mussel cream as a starter, the trout as a main course, and the peach, white chocolate, and wasabi dessert. The cuisine is refined and creative; I haven't eaten so well in years.
All this for a set menu at €29.50—incredible value for money!
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good restaurant in Pont-Audemer; it's a hidden gem. The staff and chef are charming, and the terrace is very pleasant.

It had been a while since we'd been to Sadi Carnot. That was a mistake. It's still as good and refined as ever – pure bliss.

This restaurant was a very pleasant surprise for a weekday lunch. The andouillette and fish quenelle with chorizo sauce were delicious. The lemon tart was perfectly balanced. Kudos to the chef for this cuisine prepared with excellent ingredients; the value for money is unbeatable.

We were lucky with the weather at lunchtime and, without a reservation, found a wonderful spot on the terrace with our little dog. Our server was friendly, quick, and reliable. Simply excellent. The food was modern and very tasty. We left satisfied and in high spirits.
