11/12/2025: Passing through Saint Amour, I stopped at Café Français. Warm atmosphere, excellent food, very good value for money.

18/10/2025: We regret that your visit to our establishment did not leave you with a good impression. We attach great importance to hospitality, respect, and the quality of our interactions with all our customers. We would like to point out, however, that the situation you describe does not reflect reality. Your behavior towards our team, and more specifically towards one of our employees whom you disrespectfully addressed because of his hair color, was unacceptable. We therefore had to intervene to maintain respect and serenity in our dining room. It is also regrettable to publish a negative review when you ultimately did not eat there. We remain open to constructive discussion, based on mutual respect.
