The place is truly beautiful and pleasant, the surrounding greenery is a delight... And the food is very good and consistent; frankly, the chef is excellent. The service is equally impressive. In short, a very good place to eat at the gateway to the Cévennes!

A great restaurant where we always receive a warm welcome. The dishes are very good and varied. Just one small criticism: the menu on the website isn't always the same as the one we have when we arrive, which can sometimes be disappointing.

A truly wonderful spot in Saint Bauzille, just steps from the Grotte des Demoiselles (Cave of the Maidens). Everything you could want from a great meal was there: the warm welcome, the setting, the atmosphere, delicious local products to discover, and above all, FLAVOR AND CREATIVITY! The grocery section is brimming with local treasures. From the wine cellar to the plate, everything invites exploration. Special mention: Children are very well received and pampered. We really appreciated the absence of a children's menu like chicken nuggets and fries, and that we were offered a proper main course on a small plate—it's so rare! Thank you for this experience (and your patience ^^), we'll be back when the weather is nice to enjoy the terrace!

In a small room with close proximity between customers, the food is good but the price is exorbitant… what a shame!

These "Healthy Delights" are worth a visit in every season. The warm welcome and friendly service create a cozy atmosphere perfect for enjoying a variety of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), platters of all kinds (cured meats, cheeses), and dishes prepared with skill and generosity by the Chef, who, it's worth noting, takes equal care with both vegetarian and meat dishes. The shop is also worth a visit, both for its extensive wine cellar and its gourmet grocery items. And why not reserve a delicious raclette platter as the first chills of autumn arrive, bringing a little (healthy) joy and happiness home with you?! Book now, you won't regret it.

My favorite restaurant in France, and goodness knows how many times I've eaten out! The two owners are wonderful, the menu changes every month, and if I could keep this place all to myself, I would without hesitation, but their professionalism and passion compel me to recommend them! It's simple: when I go, I order everything on the menu. Don't worry about the price; every euro spent here is the best investment you could ever make! 🫶
