Amazing products, all better than the previous one! Lovely owner who very kindly served us late... And the épicerie is mind blowing. We had to hold ourselves from buying everything! And we even had a local whisky tasting at the end. Twist my arm. Oh and the terrace is idyllic.

A truly wonderful discovery! We were warmly welcomed by the entire team, who took excellent care of us from beginning to end. The food is superb, with high-quality ingredients and delicious dishes. We particularly appreciated the setting: seated on the back terrace, we enjoyed a calm, pleasant, and relaxing environment. A little extra that makes all the difference: the gourmet shop, where we couldn't resist buying several products to take home. An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return!

A delightful surprise awaits in the charming village of St. Bauzille, nestled amidst nature. The terrace welcomes you for a gastronomic journey. Everything is delicious, from appetizer to dessert; the ingredients have been carefully selected and prepared with passion. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

The welcome is always warm and genuine, the setting is absolutely extraordinary, and the owners are simply wonderful: passionate, approachable, and deeply committed to their craft. Special mention goes to the wine list, which is truly exceptional. A carefully curated, original selection full of discoveries, accompanied by expert advice that is always spot-on and perfectly suited to the dishes. What we also love is the concept: the restaurant hosts a different chef each month, bringing their own style, cuisine, and personality. Each visit thus becomes a new experience, and it's always a delightful discovery. Three visits, three different experiences, and always the same desire: to come back and discover the next one! We had the most lovely dinner here! The terrace is so peaceful, the service was warm and welcoming, and the good and wine delicious! I appreciated that as a vegetarian they had veggie options clearly marked.

Fantastic discovery!!! I've been coming to St Bau for years, how come I didn't go sooner! We can't wait to come back to try the rest of the menu and stock up on some grocery items. As a bonus, a very well-presented and explained wine selection ✨✨✨

A place to remember! The dinner prepared by the young Chef Aude Maria Estela was delicious and very generous. The owner and his young sommelier offered excellent wine recommendations, introducing us to some incredible wines. A superb evening, and to top it all off, you have access to the wine cellar and gourmet shop. We'll be back!
