Excellent place, great welcome, really pleasant

There's something new at the Saint Clément, a culinary institution that has always been a local favorite. Chef Christophe recently retired and has been replaced by Émilie, a talented and passionate chef. She elevates her predecessor's cuisine while maintaining its core values. It's truly excellent: refined, generous, and very reasonably priced. Having been a regular for over 20 years, I can only recommend this restaurant to discover without hesitation, with no risk of breaking the bank. Thanks also to Cédric for his warm welcome and dedication.
