There's something new at the Saint Clément, a culinary institution that has always been a local favorite. Chef Christophe recently retired and has been replaced by Émilie, a talented and passionate chef. She elevates her predecessor's cuisine while maintaining its core values. It's truly excellent: refined, generous, and very reasonably priced. Having been a regular for over 20 years, I can only recommend this restaurant to discover without hesitation, with no risk of breaking the bank. We had a wonderful night at the Saint Clément 🙂 The room was spacious with a lovely view, and the restaurant and food were superb. We will gladly return
