We received a very warm welcome at this small, peaceful hotel, which offers unbeatable value for money! We arrived by motorcycle and were able to park it in the hotel courtyard. A great place for motorcyclists! The restaurant is truly excellent. In short, it's a hidden gem!

Quite simply the best hotel and restaurant in France!

The restaurant had a pleasant welcome and refined cuisine. This Easter weekend lunchtime, the quality was excellent, the price reasonable, and the frogs' legs were a delight—perfectly browned and not dry. The meat was tender. The desserts were good. The portion sizes have been reduced, as have the aperitifs; for example, the Coke used to be served by the bottle, but now it's by the glass. The cheese menu listed four pieces; some people must have been overindulging, as usual. Whether you're a regular or just passing through, everyone's treated the same...

There's something new at the Saint Clément, a culinary institution that has always been a local favorite. Chef Christophe recently retired and has been replaced by Émilie, a talented and passionate chef. She elevates her predecessor's cuisine while maintaining its core values. It's truly excellent: refined, generous, and very reasonably priced. Having been a regular for over 20 years, I can only recommend this restaurant to discover without hesitation, with no risk of breaking the bank. Thanks also to Cédric for his warm welcome and dedication.
