Le Saint Eloi sur Le Castellet

A wonderful discovery for me! The view is breathtaking and the food is absolutely delicious. The charcuterie boards are excellent and generously portioned, and for meat lovers, this is the restaurant to go to. I highly recommend it!

Magnificent view and a dream location for a pleasant meal, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. We were served by a waitress who was a caregiver on her first night, who told us her life story and even bumped a cigarette off us. We ordered a terrine and a rare steak, and after 10 minutes, we were told the terrine was no longer available and the steak would take 45 minutes to arrive. We accepted the terrine change and waited without any problem, but we received a medium-rare steak. Immediately afterward, the chef arrived to apologize, offered us the steak, and then made us wait another 20 minutes for our ordered rare steak, which was a pleasant surprise and very tasty. No regrets. Unfortunately, no more waitresses arrived until the end of the meal, and it took 25 minutes to pay at the till due to a problem with the cash register. The chef then offered us a digestif and the cost of our drinks to apologize for the service issue. The current situation in all departments leaves much to be desired, and we completely understand that. The owner is very dedicated and aware of the service issues. We wish him the best of luck and, despite our experience, encourage you to go and enjoy a wonderful meal with an unforgettable view. Laure and JP

Dinner at a table with a beautiful view. The bartender gave us a warm welcome. The service was impeccable, with smiles, pleasant manners, and great professionalism. We asked the waiter's name, "Julien." My husband thought he was the owner's son, he was so attentive. But no, he simply had the kind of professional demeanor we wish we saw more often. The meat was excellent and cooked to perfection. It was a shame that none of the hams on the menu were available, nor were the Jerusalem artichokes or fruit tart. The wines by the glass recommended by Julien were very good. We will come back as soon as possible.

A huge thank you to the very professional and understanding wait staff when we requested a table change due to some very rude Italian customers. The Galician rib-eye steak was a delight, perfectly cooked, and the service was incredibly friendly. See you soon, and thank you again.

Here, quality is paramount, whether it's the meats, the Corsican products, or the Spanish ones. Every flavor is enhanced, and cooking over embers is the norm. The setting is enchanting, with the Mediterranean in the distance and the Bandol vineyards within easy reach. The service is attentive and friendly; in short, everything is in place for a truly delightful experience.

We just had dinner at Remane Meat Bar, and all we can say is WOW! The meat was simply delicious. The chef comes to present the meat to you before it's cooked, and then it's served under a cloche that preserves all the flavors and smoky aromas. The service was excellent, and the terrace offers a superb view. A very enjoyable experience, thank you!
