We had a fantastic time last night as a couple; the setting is magnificent. The signature ribeye steak is definitely the best meat I've ever eaten. I highly recommend it!

I live nearby and I'd been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. So I went on my own to scout it out. I don't get the chance to eat good meat every day; my best butcher is in Aubagne, so this was a nice opportunity to treat myself. The menu is quite varied, so I preferred to ask for recommendations. The waitress called over her manager, as she couldn't help me. I was recommended the chef's selection (signature dish) – Argentinian beef! Pros: The ambiance The decor/concept (meat aging refrigerator) The friendly service. They show you the meat before cooking it and tell you its weight so you have an idea of ​​the price (because meat is sold by weight there). The meat was cooked as requested. The surprise with the coffee. Cons: The price of €83 for a main course, glass of wine, dessert, and coffee is too much (around €60 for the meat alone, and it's not worth it! My butcher is better). The wine is by the glass but not served in front of the customer, which I'm concerned about. The meat: too much sinew, difficult to cut with a knife, even though I asked for something melt-in-your-mouth tender. The knives are pretty but not as sharp as they look. Too much crust or salt crystals, which completely ruins the flavor of the meat. The side dishes: it's impossible to mix two side dishes. I was hesitating between new potatoes and vegetables, so I chose the ratatouille. Unfortunately, there were too many sprigs of herbs, which you have to pick out of your mouth, and the vegetables were swimming in oil. I don't recommend this side dish. The sauces, which cost €4, were not ordered, so I could enjoy the true taste of the meat. Regarding the service, I agree with what I've read; it's sometimes a bit slow, especially since it wasn't crowded. There were two or three minor issues that I wouldn't have noticed in any other establishment, but at €83 per person! The service should be more efficient... the meat was served first, but you had to wait for the glass of wine and the side dishes, and in the meantime, everything got cold. I asked for coffee with dessert, but I didn't receive it. When I pointed it out, I was told, "You didn't ask me." These are just a few minor rookie mistakes (nothing serious on a €40/€50 bill, but at €83 it's less acceptable!). In short: The concept is very Instagrammable, but the quality/price ratio isn't there. You pay for the location, the decor, the concept, but I came expecting exceptional meat, and I'm disappointed because it wasn't worth €60. Perhaps my mistake stemmed from choosing the chef's suggestion. Otherwise, the menu includes platters, which aren't cheap either; it remains to be seen if the quality of their cheeses and charcuterie is better than the butcher's.

A restaurant for meat lovers. I absolutely loved the concept. The display case showcasing the meats, along with the on-site carving right in front of it, is quite original. The presentation of the product to the customer before cooking is also unusual in a restaurant; it feels like being with family. The quality is excellent, and the setting with the view is truly pleasant. A fantastic place. I'll gladly return. 😁

The chef is passionate! It's immediately apparent when you see him selecting and preparing his meat with such care and precision. The service is on par with the chef, not to mention the breathtaking view. Lovers of exceptional meat? Don't wait and go experience it for yourself! The meat is absolutely incredible thanks to its maturation process of several days, even months! Incredible work. Bravo!
