The environment is very good...the service is really good and friendly👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Mussels are so bad, stale and dry…

The staff was very friendly. We ate on the terrace with our dog. Very nice atmosphere. Great price. Plus the meal schedule is uninterrupted!

Lovely late night place to grab a drink but more importantly they serve dinner very late so perfect for post UBB rugby match food. Waiters were really quick friendly and helpful.

There are better options to eat in Bordeaux for the same price. The terrace, in a square, is very pleasant. However, the round tables are a bit small to eat at. Correctly prepared dishes, with slightly small portions. The attentive and friendly staff.

The map has changed. No more tapas or patatas bravas, but Alsatian specialties, which is a shame. We lose the atmosphere and conviviality around a drink, especially on a summer evening. Fortunately, the service is still very professional.

Beer-braised ham with sauerkraut and English potatoes. When ordering the waiter told us there was no sauerkraut. Ok it's not the season but..., it would be good to modify the menu. Finally, we had a ham which was steamed and not basted with beer, served with fries. It was a little bland in taste and far from what the menu left us drooling over. Beer-braised ham. For the rest, the Caju place is pleasant, the waiters are friendly and the restaurant has a nice menu. . There is a bit of a wait between orders and service but this is normal because there are a lot of people.

In all honesty we first sat on the Italian terrace at the opposite corner of the square...and we fled given the "disgusting" state of the toilets! So, here we are at Saint Georges, welcomed by a charming “bald” young man (I don’t know his first name)! We sat inside because we don't like to be among smokers when we eat, but the French doors were wide open and there was some air despite the heat... The music was really loud and the waiter spontaneously offered to lower the volume...which is rare in hospitality establishments. We enjoyed it!😊 We had a Munster burger, a shallot flank steak and a salmon tartare. Everything was delicious, the fries too. And the perfect desserts! Special mention to the attentive staff, present despite the crowds on the terrace and the smile of their service...if we have to go back to Bordeaux we will come back!!! And finally, everything shines in this restaurant! The brass is perfect and the toilets absolutely clean!! A good address!

Nous n avons fait que le côté bar . L accueil a très agréable et les serveurs tous super souriant et sympa . J aime bien la déco personnellement. Nous avons passé un agréable moment avec une bonne bouteille de sylvaner Bar sympa pour boire un verre entre amis ou en couple

This place has a nice selection of food that is a bit themed after the Alsace-Lorraine region. They had very interesting starters (entrées) but sharing a Flammkuchen (Tarte Flambée) is also a great option. That is a very thin crust flatbread with Crème Fraîche and then onions and smoked bacon for the traditional one (or other toppings). The main dishes (plats) had a nice variety as well. Several ones came with Spätzle which is typically Swabian but can also be found in Alsace-Lorraine. The service was very attentive and what really impressed me was that when food allergies were mentioned he actually brought a list of allergens in all their dishes. That was very thoughtful. It may not be the fanciest of French restaurants but everybody had a great experience and enjoyed their food.
