Passing through during a motorcycle trip, the setting was absolutely charming, the welcome warm, and the cuisine exquisite. We will cherish the memory and will gladly return.

This restaurant has a lovely little terrace. The waitress is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The trout with onions was delicious. I highly recommend this place. Plus, dogs are welcome.

Passing through Saint-Hippolyte, a first for me at lunchtime. Very friendly, no wait, really great. Generous main course and dessert. I recommend it.

We tried three different trout dishes and were all delighted; they were delicious and refined. There was a wide selection of wines and excellent recommendations.
To top it all off, Yvana and Alexandre are charming.
A wonderful discovery… we'll definitely be back.

Passing through Saint-Hippolyte on a motorcycle road trip, we stopped for dinner at this restaurant.
What can I say except that the food was superb, made with high-quality ingredients (a real treat!), and the owner was incredibly attentive to her guests.
And all this with a view of the Doubs River and at a very reasonable price!
I highly recommend it! 👍🏍

Thank you for your warm welcome on the evening of July 15, 2026; you have a truly beautiful establishment.
I loved the sign inspired by Serge Gainsbourg's lyrics "L'eau à la bouche" (Watering Mouth). A lovely atmosphere, right on the banks of the Dessoubre River.

A fantastic lunch with very friendly service. Our French isn't the best, but they took the time to address our needs and were very kind. The food was excellent and arrived quickly. Highly recommended, especially since it's located right on the Doubs River.
