A fantastic lunch with very friendly service. Our French isn't the best, but they took the time to address our needs and were very kind. The food was excellent and arrived quickly. Highly recommended, especially since it's located right on the Doubs River.

Always top-notch! I always eat my little trout, asking the waiter to remove the bones. Super friendly, as is the owner. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Beautiful location. Just had drinks. An Aperol Spritz for 12 euros, which was just about enough to cover my expenses. The many ice cubes probably make it so expensive in this heat.

This is our second time here, the first time this winter, the second last week, and we're never disappointed. Fresh, seasonal dishes, a warm welcome, and the chef is fantastic – you can taste the passion in every bite.

Lovely setting, good food even if the traditional morel mushroom tart recipe wasn't followed, nice trout, huge disappointment with dessert: the nougat meringue with Chantilly cream: a ghostly meringue and a sickeningly large, very low-quality Chantilly cream. Homemade Chantilly cream takes 3 minutes! At €12, it's highway robbery, as much as the Chantilly cream supplement on ice cream: €1.50 for a turd as runny and tasteless as water. The bread: for 3 people, 3 small slices of different bread, one with a large hole. We draw straws to decide whether we all want white bread or Nordic bread?!

Excellent restaurant in Saint Hippolyte. Passing through the village, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

The beef tartare was excellent, the place is cool and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend it if you're in the area!
