Le Saint-Hubert sur Arcis-Sur-Aube

on our return to the uk, we changed our stopover location and were thankful to stay at le saint hubert, a family run establishment. location is ideal, next to the aube river, quiet, peaceful. the rooms are spacious, well equipped and offer the needed comfort. the town is worth seeing too, nice walk along the river, local boulangerie near by and a local town market on friday mornings service wise, we felt welcomed from the moment we set foot into the premises. the restaurant is also a must try, the food is homemade, of great quality/taste with local produce. a special thanks to “bob”, the home mascotte. this was our first experience at le saint hubert and we will definitely book again
