Le Saint Jean sur Crottet

A great place where you can eat frogs' legs (delicious!) but also set lunch menus: for example, on Tuesdays at lunchtime: a simple salad followed by a very good beefsteak with fries, and to finish, a homemade dessert chosen from a large menu. I highly recommend it!

Excellent restaurant! The frog legs were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and a generous portion. The staff was very professional, welcoming, smiling, and attentive throughout the meal. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful place! Everything was perfect: the homemade terrine 10/10 The frog legs 8/10 (I prefer them a little meatier) The chicken with cream and morels: Exceptional. Much better than at Georges Blanc's! Proof that Dombes poultry is better than Bresse poultry! We will be back!

The cuisine was refined and flavorful, with a special mention for the frogs' legs, which were perfectly prepared and delicious. The service was attentive, professional, and pleasant from beginning to end. We also greatly appreciated the owner's thoughtfulness in coming to greet us at the end of our meal—a very elegant and welcome gesture. The only slight drawback: a little background music would add even more warmth to the atmosphere. An address we recommend without hesitation.
