A truly wonderful place. The food and wine pairing menu is an absolute must. Choose your dishes from the menu and the wines selected by the chef! Succulent aromas, subtle pairings. A delightful discovery with a Côtes de Provence white followed by a red – pure bliss! Not forgetting, of course, the wine from this beautiful Médoc region. No frills! Everything on the plate is just right, a true delight for the taste buds... Unbeatable value for money. All the staff are fantastic, and the chef is superb! So rare these days! The setting is also very welcoming, with a terrace/veranda, or indoor dining rooms for the winter. The herbs come straight from the garden... Everything is designed to ensure you have a wonderful time. We will definitely be back. A must-try!

This lunchtime, we went to St Julien, it's an excellent restaurant. The food is divine. Smoked foie gras with sorghum, langoustine ravioli, pigeon supreme with foie gras, veal kidneys with mustard... Everything is delicious. The service is perfect, always smiling and attentive. It's a truly wonderful place. Thank you.

Every dish delivered with great execution, creativity and deliciousness! Combinations of flavors that didn’t seem like they would go together came together effortlessly on the palate. We enjoyed our meal thoroughly; the service was friendly and accommodating. A total delight!

Excellent quality dinner, both in presentation and flavor. It's a shame about the dessert, which wasn't up to par with the other dishes. Overall, a great experience!

We had already been twice and everything was perfect, so we wanted to repeat the experience. It was a wonderful culinary interlude, as always, where the chef perfectly masters refined cuisine. However, a major disappointment was the youngest waitress (the other two were very good). We asked her for a glass of white wine while waiting for the next course, and she replied in an irritated tone that it would arrive. We were still waiting, just like for the bread, which we had to ask for several times. On top of that, a bottle of still water never arrived either. When it came time to pay the bill, she seemed surprised that we asked for the bottle of water that we never received... When we complained, she justified herself by mentioning a significant staff shortage. It's a shame because the setting, the friendliness of the chef, and the rest of the staff remain as excellent as ever.

Excellent place! 😊 I often visit the Médoc region, and this was my first time eating here, and I wasn't disappointed at all. The service is very pleasant, everything is delicious, refined, and perfectly cooked, even the coffee to finish it off. They have local fish, and the wine sauce was particularly good! I highly recommend it if you're ever in the area!

Delightful country restaurant with a superb kitchen and a warm atmosphere. The raspberry tart was sublime.
