Passing through Reims a few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of discovering this gem. Refined, seasonal cuisine, a superb selection of products, and very attentive owners. You can feel their passion for good food and good wine. I highly recommend it.

The quality of the food is excellent, with fresh, homemade ingredients. Service is quick. The only slight drawback is the dining room; it lacks warmth. They don't even offer a carafe of water, and they don't ask how the meal was, which is a shame as it detracts from the overall experience of this high-quality cuisine. We highly recommend this establishment.
