Le Saint Lager sur Saint-Lager

This was our second visit to this restaurant; the first time was for lunch, and this time for dinner. Lunch is simpler, but just as surprising and inventive; we thoroughly enjoyed it, and last night confirmed that this is a must-visit in the region (we've only recently moved to Beaujolais). Everything was excellent, refined in taste and presentation, the service was impeccable, and the prices were quite reasonable for the quality of the ingredients.

Excellent food and a very warm welcome, both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend this tranquil experience with its surprising decor.

While passing through the region, we stopped at La Table du Brouilly. We received a very warm welcome. One of us is lactose intolerant. The chef perfectly adapted a menu to suit our needs. We had a wonderful meal. Thank you so much for this delightful culinary experience.
