Superb address, well worth the detour

A huge thank you to Christian and Clément Bidard for introducing us to authentic and flavorful cuisine, cooked to perfection. Everything was exquisite, from the appetizer to the dessert. The welcome and service were equally impeccable.

Is this exceptional establishment too far from major roads to have been overlooked by Michelin Guide inspectors? The dishes are exquisitely prepared and the presentation is flawless. The service is friendly and highly professional. I've eaten at Michelin-starred restaurants that didn't reach the level of excellence of Saint Lazare!

Exquisite cuisine, a true delight

We just discovered this restaurant, which we would rank as one of the best we've ever been to in our beautiful region. From the amuse-bouche to the petit fours, everything was perfect, and the cuisine was worthy of Michelin-starred restaurants. They change their menu every two and a half months, and we can't wait to try the new dishes. We highly recommend it.
