Having both worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, we were very pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome, the elegant decor, and the professionalism of the waiter who single-handedly manages the dining room and the chef who works alone in the kitchen. Frankly, hats off to these two men who, I'm convinced, practice their craft with genuine passion. The quality of the meal, the mastery of the cooking techniques, the attention to detail, and the excellent service are proof of this.
