For the simple pleasure of having a coffee on the terrace, here with particularly developed aromas, which seems to have become an exception, and the view of the square.

I went to Saint-Médard twice during a short stay in Paris. Whether for lunch or dinner, the staff was efficient and attentive. Everything they offer on the menu is tempting and the starters, main courses and desserts (homemade) that I tasted were delicious. I highly recommend this establishment.

First meal in Paris. All I can say is it was average... The egg, crab and mayo did not take great. The flavour was a bit bland and could honestly taste egg. It was interesting to have different textures but I don't think that is enough to support this entire dish. The peppery steak was not to my liking. The peppery sauce was really nice but the stake was quite chewy (as medium). The potatoes were nice but not enough to support the entire dish. Nice atmosphere outside but was approached by people for spare change twice in less than 1 hour... Service was mediocre can't say it's one of the best but I think a bare minimum was reached.

03/04/2024: We came for a romantic dinner. Very kind staff, the food and wine were very good. We had a great time and special mention for the very 80s background playlist!
08/03/2024: We eat quickly and well. The service is responsive and efficient. The atmosphere is not calm. The restaurant has a lot of customers. It’s a business that’s doing well. So you don't have to linger when the meal is finished. It didn't bother me but it's worth knowing. Good restaurant.
