I rarely write about my feelings... Because... Experiencing something without the noise, comments, and unpleasantness is a privilege these days! Here, you savor the moment... Alex in the kitchen and Sarah in the dining room—it's anything but a negative thing to say. Generosity from the moment you step inside until you're seated at your table... Who still cooks chuck roast with such conviction? Who offers you homemade tapenade at the bar? Who still uses tablecloths? Who welcomes you for dinner at 9:30 p.m. when the kitchens elsewhere are already closed? Everything is fresh and expertly prepared! From appetizer to dessert! From conviviality to respect for flavor! An exceptional experience!!!

This restaurant truly deserves its 5 stars! I've been several times, and the quality is always consistently excellent. The dishes are beautifully presented, with meticulous attention to detail, and above all, the food is truly superb—generous portions bursting with flavor. Add to that a warm atmosphere and a very pleasant setting, and you're guaranteed a wonderful experience every time. It's one of those places you can recommend without hesitation and return to with pleasure.

After three fully booked restaurants on Thursday evening, August 20th, we received a very warm welcome at Le Saint Michel despite the late hour and the streetlights being off. The evening was a very pleasant surprise, with refined and high-quality cuisine, friendly service, and a very reasonable bill. We highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was excellent! The service was impeccable! The waitress was very kind and friendly!

A delightful surprise on our holiday road trip. A quiet restaurant tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, discovered by chance. A warm welcome. We were seated at a round table (seating 5) with a proper tablecloth and napkins. The air conditioning was just right. Comfortable fabric armchairs. The 3-course set menu for €20 was beautifully presented and delicious. I highly recommend it; it's well worth the detour.

Family meal (11 people) this Sunday, August 9, 2026. A special menu was created by Chef Alex Vache: 8 courses in a tasting menu style. Simply perfect from start to finish, both in the quality of the food and its presentation, with the added bonus of particularly warm and efficient service from Sarah and Mathéo. Four hours of pure pleasure! Very good value for money. This establishment truly deserves to be discovered; don't hesitate.
