29/03/2024: my sister and I participated in a cooking workshop on the Mediterranean menu theme on March 9, 2024. The welcome and the very friendly atmosphere. What was our surprise to prepare tomatoes and raspberries that were certainly beautiful but in March whereas previously, the chef explained to us that he was organizing a seminar on organic and seasonal products. Cooking the fish in original and good oil is the only advantage of a menu that is a little too simple and without any particular flavor. The preparation of the ingredients was appreciated. thanking you for your welcome.

20/03/2024: During a walk in Nantes, we stopped in front of the blackboard of this small restaurant which encouraged us to open the door and we were not disappointed as the welcome and the plate 🍽️ wowed us 👍🏻
