Fourth visit to Saint Paul, a truly excellent restaurant. The cuisine is original, highly creative, and refined. Nothing is left to chance. The welcome is that of a grand establishment, the dining room is beautiful and bright. A real sense of team cohesion is evident. A wonderful discovery in Prefailles that richly deserves a Michelin star.

Very disappointed by the wait. The main course, which was quite simple and arrived an hour and fifteen minutes after the amuse-bouches. Despite the waiter's rambling apologies, this doesn't live up to the restaurant's advertised and intended standard... a shame! It spoiled what was otherwise a rather successful experience in terms of taste.

How can I put it… Never disappointed. As usual. The service and the food are impeccable. By far our best restaurant in the area. And on top of that, the value for money is unbeatable.

We love this restaurant and go there often; it's excellent value for money, the service is friendly, and the setting has been fantastic since the renovations. However, I honestly regret that the menu no longer changes monthly but every two months or even less frequently... there's no new menu until September 15th, forcing us to either eat the same thing again or go somewhere else. It's a real shame.

A magnificent and exquisitely decorated room. A warm welcome, very comfortable tables, and excellent chairs. What a pleasure to have discovered this superb restaurant offering top-notch service from start to finish: generous and excellent cocktails with quality accompaniments, superb amuse-bouches, and a seaweed butter with a truffle flavor that was absolutely stunning. The €39 lunch menu was flawless, showcasing originality, creativity, and quality in every dish, from starters to main courses and desserts. Looking at the menu, you see mussels and hanger steak... you might think nothing original, but in fact, everything is superbly prepared and enhanced with top-notch accompaniments and sauces. In short, a restaurant you absolutely must discover, with a superb team.

A wonderful culinary surprise and a warm welcome! We had a very pleasant time!

Dinner on the evening of August 23rd 2 seven-course menus 1 wine pairing with 4 glasses of wine The cuisine is excellent, very varied in techniques and flavors. We ate very well. I'm not a big fan of shellfish and crustaceans, but the spider crab on its consommé was a discovery and really good. The multi-course tomato appetizer was really lovely. I was a little worried after the first course that I wouldn't be able to finish the meal because the portions are generous for a seven-course menu, but in the end, since the courses alternated between fresh and light, we ate very well without feeling stuffed at the end of the meal. The pre-dessert of strawberry, rhubarb, and hibiscus was very refreshing and perfectly suited to this part of the meal. The amuse-bouches were very interesting, especially the cucumber quenelle, which offers a new take on cucumber while remaining simple. The peas with mint and yogurt were also very pleasant because the individual elements are not very interesting, but the combination works very well. The "pizza" also seems simple, especially with the mention of tomato paste, but it works well. Overall, it's a great start to the meal. I really enjoyed the jalapenos sauce, which isn't spicy at all but has a fantastic flavor, the fish garnish, and the fennel condiment on the pork. The "Embruns" mocktail with tea and verjus is excellent. We'll try the cheese platter next time. The waitstaff is very friendly and professional. Thank you to them and the kitchen for a wonderful evening!
