It was worth crossing the estuary... They have excellent taste (lovely dining room), are well-organized (little waiting between courses), the service is friendly (and they can describe what they're serving), the food is original and delicious (including the amuse-bouches), and the price is reasonable for this quality. We wholeheartedly wish the young couple at St. Paul and their staff the success they deserve!

From the warm welcome to the tasting menu, everything was perfect. The service was professional, discreet, and friendly. The cuisine was inventive and absolutely exquisite. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the cooking was flawless.

A restaurant worthy of a Michelin star! The welcome was superb, the setting is beautiful, the service was top-notch with motivated young people who love what they do, and as for the food, well, it's simply exceptional. The chef has nothing to envy from Michelin-starred chefs, who I'm sure will be among them in a short time. The dishes are refined and local, with extraordinary flavor combinations, accompanied by wines that pair perfectly with the plates. You'll see me again very soon. Thank you for this evening.
