Thank you to the young man who served us with great professionalism and kindness, top-notch. FINALLY, a coffee with real flavor! I haven't had coffee in restaurants for years because it's so bland.

Back home, the prodigal son served up-end cuisine in the family café on the market square in Préfailles. After gaining experience in Paris, he brought refined cuisine to a somewhat dated establishment and even dared to hire a resident pastry chef. The restaurant gradually renovated while maintaining its understated elegance. Since its inclusion in the Michelin Guide, it won't be long before it earns its well-deserved first star.

An exceptional restaurant where we had a truly wonderful meal. The very friendly waitresses explained the ingredients and their origins. The dishes were delicious. All this in a calm and lovely setting. A very nice place, I highly recommend it.

This Sunday we discovered this restaurant. Not a single flaw; the chef and his team amazed us with the quality and creativity of their dishes. The service was on par with the delicious food.
