A visit to Le Saint Sauveur restaurant in Varennes-Saint-Sauveur on Easter Sunday was a wonderful discovery!
A magnificent place, decorated with exquisite taste, entirely run by a passionate family. The portions are very generous, with beautifully presented dishes worthy of a fine restaurant. Everything is homemade, using fresh and meticulously selected ingredients, which is clearly reflected in the exceptional quality of the food.
We had the pleasure of enjoying the Easter menu as a family: a convivial moment, enhanced by delicious food and a warm, attentive welcome.

The food was excellent, haute cuisine. The set menu was actually too much for one person (we were completely full), but you can only order the set menu there. It takes a long time for the individual courses to arrive, so be prepared for that, as everything is freshly prepared and a true culinary masterpiece. Everything was superb, but unfortunately, we didn't like the decor. It wasn't cozy but rather drab, decorated in shades of gray, and it smelled strongly of cleaning products (perhaps it was just that one day).
