A little surprise find in the village of Cammazes in the Montagne Noire. We were very pleasantly surprised by the welcome, the location, and the quality of the food served in the Salon de Vauban. Excellent homemade cuisine with quality products selected by the owner, who manages everything herself with great flair. A very friendly and warm welcome. You can come for lunch, but also for tea and a slice of cake for afternoon tea. I highly recommend a stop at the Salon de Vauban. It's definitely worth the detour.

Warm place, we enjoyed a very good hot chocolate there

Friendly and helpful. Fantastic decor with rare product sales. The prices are high, however, but it's still a small business, so it's reasonable. The only downside is the two-tiered service, where small privileges are granted based on the quantity consumed. But it's still pleasant nonetheless.
