A little surprise find in the village of Cammazes in the Montagne Noire. We were very pleasantly surprised by the welcome, the location, and the quality of the food served in the Salon de Vauban. Excellent homemade cuisine with quality products selected by the owner, who manages everything herself with great flair.

You can come for lunch, but also for tea and a slice of cake for afternoon tea.
I highly recommend a stop at the Salon de Vauban. It's definitely worth the detour.

Friendly and helpful. Fantastic decor with rare items for sale. Prices are high, but it's a small business, so that's understandable. The only downside is the two-tiered service, where small perks are given depending on the amount purchased. But it's still a pleasant experience.
