Magnificent restoration of the building's exterior, but especially of the interior, which has regained its Art Deco decor. In the theater, the view of the stained-glass ceiling's enamels is a feast for the eyes. There are also rooms for dance, music, and more. And a great program is taking shape. We are very lucky in Béziers!

05/06/2026: Excellent restaurant near Les Halles. The seafood is good, the platters with dishes to cook on the hot stone are excellent, and the homemade Bailey's is a must-try. All served by very welcoming ladies.

30/06/2026: We were delighted to be the last customers at Madison. We were welcomed late, but with a smile. The dinner was delicious, and the owners were very pleasant! A big farewell to these owners who are retiring—a well-deserved retirement! Thank you for a lovely evening, your warm welcome, and your kindness. We wish you all the best for the coming years.
