Great location and fantastic food. Also have to mention the service. We dont speak french and the staffs english was not great but we managed fine, they also created a special menu for our rather picky children. Price is really low, you could easily pay double for similar food somewhere else. If you are around, make sure to stop by!

Ultimately, it's a place that reflects the Mayenne region: simple and unpretentious, but revealing a truly refined and generous cuisine.

We just had dinner at Salvert. What a treat! The kindness and attentiveness of the staff, the mastery of flavors, and the magnificent view of the lake all contributed to a truly memorable evening.
