I've been going to this restaurant for over 25 years. Le Sampa is a must-visit in Montauban, both for the quality of its food and the warm welcome from its staff. A cozy atmosphere in winter and a superb terrace in summer, right in the heart of the city. The dishes are excellent and flavorful. A real treat. The owners always greet you with a smile and are attentive to their customers' well-being. A winning combination for a restaurant that has stood the test of time thanks to the impeccable quality of its service. Excellent value for money too. I love it and highly recommend it! A must-try for those who haven't yet discovered it…

Unbeatable value for money for an evening meal. We were greeted very kindly and simply by a smiling team. We were a group of 16 people. It was perfect! Thank you Sampa :)

Based on some Google reviews and pictures, I wasn't expecting much and, to be honest, only booked it as a second choice. But I was incredibly surprised! The food was fantastic, the restaurant's atmosphere was incredibly cozy (you can't tell that from the Google pictures), and the service was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it as my first choice in the future. 😉

We came for Valentine's Day and found the staff welcoming and friendly, the food simple and good quality, in a pleasant setting. A great place for a good time. Fans of the 80s will appreciate the Richard Gotainer reference 🤩

18/02/2026: Excellent cuisine, beautifully presented dishes, and impeccable service. Smiles and friendliness are always present. All this at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this restaurant located under the arcades of the lovely Place Nationale in Montauban.
23/01/2026: Exquisite cuisine, bursting with flavors and aromas from appetizer to dessert. The vaulted dining room is a bit noisy, but it remains our favorite restaurant in Montauban. And the prices are very reasonable.

13/04/2026: Never disappointed! I go there regularly and the service is always top-notch. The food is excellent, made with quality ingredients. A sure bet!
23/02/2026: Good restaurant. Friendly atmosphere and welcome. Good music, kudos to you for not mixing too much like some other places in Montauban and for not using smoke machines... it makes it much more pleasant and we can dance to entire songs! Well done!
