The place was lovely and the owner very kind. However, we waited a very long time for our food (2.5 hours in total at the table). The food was good but not exceptional, with the chocolate fondant being a major disappointment as it was very dry.

Excellent experience at this restaurant! The dishes were truly delicious, made with high-quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. The server was extremely pleasant, attentive, and very professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention goes to the chef, who participates in the service and takes the time to introduce herself to the customers: a real plus, a warm and welcoming touch that demonstrates the passion and dedication behind the dishes. A place where you feel comfortable and eat very well. I highly recommend this establishment!

Hello, we had a wonderful New Year's Eve, December 31st, 2025. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Valérie Pons, always smiling, served us along with her waiter, and they took the time to chat with us and introduce us to their team. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely PERFECT! 👌 It's my duty to pay tribute to this restaurant which, not content with having a pleasant dining room and original, delicious cuisine, also boasts exceptionally high-quality service! Smiling, efficient, and passionate about the products on the menu, the waiter is always attentive, providing explanations and anecdotes about the dishes and recipes. It's more than pleasant to see that places like this still exist, proving that dining can still offer delightful surprises without breaking the bank. We'll be back on our next trip to Montauban! 01/05/2026: First time at this brasserie. The parking lot is a bit small. There was a sewage smell outside! Glad to be inside quickly. The decor was quite nice and the welcome was good. We had booked early for this dinner, as we were with a baby. I wanted a house punch, but it had cinnamon, so I ordered a piña colada and, surprise, surprise: a cinnamon garnish!?!?! Not mentioned on the menu!! I took my glass to the bar and waited... a little... too long... for another glass of "Pina Colada," without cinnamon this time, but with lots and lots of ice... the foie gras appetizer to share was finished... No wine was offered with the dishes. We had to ask. On the other hand, the food was excellent, from the appetizer to the desserts! Our three plates were different, generous, and delicious, with good quality ingredients cooked perfectly. But the service is too slow and there's no customer/server support. A shame.
