My first fine dining experience 😊 And as a special treat, in an original concept, we were seated in the kitchen, giving us the opportunity to work up an appetite watching the dishes being prepared, but above all, to easily chat with the chef. Nathan is passionate about food; surprisingly, we didn't talk much about cooking, and some of our conversations bordered on philosophy. His wife, Solange, brilliantly managed the pace of the meal with a welcoming smile and a pleasant air of service. From a culinary perspective, it was a beautiful journey for the taste buds. Nothing pretentious, just simple, high-quality ingredients, perfectly paired, compelling us to savor each bite to appreciate the many flavors that unfolded one after another. I particularly enjoyed the young green shoots, freshly picked right in front of us, which provided a striking visual effect and a subtle touch of aroma and freshness.
