A wonderful discovery in the little streets of Pézenas, a place like no other! Impeccable service with attentive staff and generous, locally sourced cuisine. Thank you for this wonderful experience, we will be back!

While visiting Pézenas, we stumbled upon this little restaurant and were delighted! The welcome and service were excellent, and the food was superb! I highly recommend it.

We opted for the tasting menu at €22.50, and everything was delicious. The Bouzigues oysters were exquisite, the salmon bonbon delicate and fresh, the peaches with tuna an original combination, and the baked Camembert perfectly seasoned. The service was exceptionally attentive. The wine and dessert suggestions were excellent. What a wonderful place, go without hesitation.

Like all tourist you hope to be lucky in your choice of restaurant whilst traveling, today we were. On a quiet street we found le Sans Vin. Welcoming, very helpful staff with food to match.

Finally, a restaurant where they don't rip off the customer (especially during the summer), either with standard dishes at "summer prices" or with exorbitant prices that don't always reflect the service provided. Here, you get excellent value for money, plus a very warm welcome.
