For us, a little lost and hungry skiers, this chalet restaurant seemed like a mirage at the end of a nearly deserted slope! The welcome was efficient, the menu varied with dishes proudly proclaimed to be homemade. The foie gras in the gourmet salad was particularly delicious. The interior is warm and inviting, and the value for money is very good. “🎶 My beautiful white fir tree, King of the Launes forests 🎶”

A bit secluded next to the Launes Nordic ski trail. Excellent wood-fired cuisine (magnificent lasagna), a Comté beer...and everything's perfect. A warm welcome too ✌️

Excellent place! We were staying right above it, so it was very convenient. I recommend booking in advance. They have set menus for €22 or €25, which are very varied and complete. The waitress was very friendly; you can go there without hesitation! It's a bit noisy when it's full, but it's definitely worth it!

Generous portions showcasing local produce and homemade dishes. A warm welcome, and yes, dogs are welcome, even large breeds! Quick service, affordable prices, and a cozy atmosphere with a wood-fired oven in the middle of the dining room. Well done and thank you!

We spent a weekend nearby and were recommended this restaurant. I highly recommend it. Delicious home-style cuisine and a very warm welcome. We'll be back with pleasure.

L'Escapade

18/02/2026: We stayed at the Hotel L’Escapade in Beuil a bit last minute, it wasn't planned… and what a lovely surprise! The owner is hilarious, quirky, and incredibly kind, as is her husband. We immediately felt at ease. The hotel is very well maintained, charming, and tastefully decorated. It was a real pleasure to discover this place. Plus, it's ideally located next to the Valberg ski resort. Honestly, a very pleasant surprise, and we'll definitely be back!

09/08/2024: Accueil sympathique! Belle vue et service parfait …. Les Pizzas sont au top : pâte fine et croustillante avec de nombreuses garnitures , toutes excellentes par contre les plats moyens et viande filandreuse
