Le Savoyard sur Chambery

Everything was perfect from A to Z! When booking we asked if we could come with our doggie and that was no problem (for us, doggie lovers, that's a big plus!!) Warm welcome, impeccable service, very considerate and relaxed . Cool and not noisy atmosphere (yet a full Saturday evening!). The meal was truly delicious (traditional menu): perfect cooking, tasty and beautifully presented dishes. This is the third time we have come to dine at this restaurant. This time we had a gift voucher that we had been given at Christmas. The person came to tell us during the meal that we still had room to spare compared to the price of the gift and not to hesitate to order hot drinks at the end of the meal, for example. We found this very honest. In short, we will come back with great pleasure to spend a good evening at the Savoyard! The Savoyards

Perfect welcome, efficient and above all very human team. And finally, excellent cuisine! If you are looking for a quality establishment to spend a delicious and friendly time, this is “the place to be”.

Excellent experience in this à la carte restaurant offering all the typical Savoyard dishes (fondues, raclettes, croziflettes, berthoud and so on...) but clearly distinguishing itself from the tourist traps that can feature such menus! The dishes were all a treat, for my part the porcini mushroom fondue was a memorable culinary experience! Absolutely professional and friendly service. The only negative point is the expensive digestives (10 euros sapinette) for a sapinette that is very little sweet and unfortunately not very tasty... The génepis seemed better. The quantities were all very generous in any case.
