Le Sax'o sur Chalus

Beautiful and stylish bar in a house from the early 16th/17th century, excellent draft beer. In this heat after the fiasco with the local castle, two of them were sparkling as nothing. Nice and chatty manager. Thanks, and again one more time. 👍

One of the few meeting places with a terrace to enjoy a drink or a coffee peacefully in Chalus

Whilst exploring this sleepy little town we stumbled upon this little bar. It's very traditional and has an impressive interior. With a lovely outside seating area. Had a couple of pints with some very interesting locals! Within an hour I'd learnt the history of the town and it's people and all the gossip and secrets of most of the residents 😁 would definitely recommend spending some time with the locals here
