Very good food overall, would benefit from being spicier for my taste. Nice presentations, very good service. The room became noisy as it filled up.

Beautiful table, service with a good level of friendly discretion. The dishes were top notch, a red tuna cooked the way I like it, the real one was also perfect, appetizers were a success, and an excellent pavlova to finish it all off in a very pleasant setting. In short, go there with confidence.

The lunch meal is excellent and they offer us a starter, main course and dessert for 23 euros. Above all, you should not hesitate. Reservation recommended

Restaurant chosen by chance. Everything was perfect: welcome, service and dishes. The best: appetizers from aperitif to dessert. We will come back without hesitation. Chance does things well 👍👏

We had a pleasant evening meal here on a week night, sat on the terrace, which filled up quickly, as did the interior. The food was good traditional French fare, with special mention for the amuse-bouches which were delicious! The service was charming. A little expensive.

My wife and I were invited to dine at Le Scorpion by friends who live nearby. We all had an excellent lunch - the food was good; the atmosphere great and the service brilliant. It is a very popular restaurant and a reservation is essential

We hebben hiervan vanmiddag geluncht. Vond de kaart erg beperkt. Het menu had een redelijke keuze . De bediening was vluchtig en de gerechten kwamen veel te snel achter elkaar. Kreeg de indruk dat veel al gewoon klaar stond. We hadden een redelijk dure rode wijn besteld die we wilden proeven na het apperetiv. Dat moesten we blijkbaar maar zelf doen. De kaas als nagerecht werd gebracht zonder enige uitleg over de soorten kaas. Kortom ik vond de bediening rommelig en slordig en de gerechten beperkt voor dit type restaurant.

Hotel Restaurant de la Place

03/09/2024: On y vient et on y revient, l'etablissement est bien placé, parking à proximité, la déco est moderne et sympa, l'accueil et le service sont parfaits et c'est excellent! rien a dire sur le rapport qualité prix imbattable: feuilleté de moules et joue de boeuf en sauce avec petits legumes croquants, clafoutis au fruits rouges pour moins d e20! c 'est top la carte a l'air super aussi.Bravo , on reviendra encore !!
07/08/2024: Don't hesitate to stop off at St.Jean d'Angely and then have lunch at the Place restaurant. The welcome was pleasant and we had a hearty lunch, well prepared, in a charming patio decorated with flowers and shade sails. It was a pleasant taste break where the atmosphere was friendly. I recommend.
