Le select sur La Seyne-Sur-Mer

Friendly waiter, good platters and reasonable prices

A really nice place, quality products, reasonable prices, and a great owner. I highly recommend it.

We came for a drink and to share a cheese board and some sausage. Before ordering, I asked the waiter which cheeses were on the board. He replied: Camembert, Saint-Nectaire, and Cantal. I wasn't asking out of curiosity: not everyone likes every cheese, and some people may even have allergies. When the plates arrived, the first surprise: our portion of sausage was noticeably smaller than the one at the next table, even though we had ordered exactly the same thing. Then the cheese board arrived, and I noticed that the Saint-Nectaire had been replaced with Gruyère, without anyone informing us. I pointed this out to the waiter. His response: "Oh, I didn't even notice, they must have run out." No apologies, no explanation, no offer of a replacement or any kind of compensation. He simply left, leaving us with a different board than the one we had been promised. The most disappointing aspect was the waiter's attitude: after this remark, which was made very politely, we felt completely ignored for the rest of the evening. Out-of-stock situations can happen, that's not the issue. However, informing the customer before serving a different product, apologizing, and offering a solution seems to me to be the foundation of good service. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively, because with more attentive service, the experience would have been much better.

As a loyal customer, it's always a pleasure to visit this brasserie. A warm welcome, attentive staff, and quality cuisine: everything is there for a wonderful experience. Thank you to the whole team!

The atmosphere and welcome were top-notch, as usual.

A great neighborhood spot to relax with friends and a drink.

An absolute must-visit if you're in Paris! I was there alone and felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The entire team is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and warm – exactly what you'd hope for. The menu offers something for everyone: from light bites to more substantial meals. I opted for the Terrine de Campagne and Rilletes Maison – both classic French dishes, and superbly prepared. I was particularly impressed by the wine recommendation. The wine I had originally requested wasn't available. Instead, they took the time to ask about my preferences (I wanted a fruity wine) and even inquired whether price was a factor. I found this honesty and thoughtfulness truly remarkable. The recommendation – a regional Saint-Joseph – was perfect and paired wonderfully with the meal. Even if you're dining alone, it's a pleasure to sit on the terrace and soak up the atmosphere. At the end of my meal, someone from the kitchen even came out personally to ask if everything had been to my satisfaction. Such service is rare these days. For me, it's a clear 5 stars in every category – outstanding service, great food, and an atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. I'll definitely be back!

The service was very friendly, the wines were delicious, and the prices were great. I highly recommend this place.

The staff is fantastic, the prices are correct, and the mood is great. If you are nearby you should visit this place.

We only went here for drinks, they were excellent, and the place had a good atmosphere.
