Le Select sur Amelie-Les-Bains-Palalda

22/08/2026: While passing through Arles-sur-Tech, we met the town bailiff who recommended this restaurant. According to him, it's the place to go for a sure thing, and we were right to take his advice. The restaurant's dining room is clean, pleasant, and decorated with photos of the local producers the chef works with. The service was impeccable, and the cuisine worthy of a Michelin recommendation, all for a three-course meal (starter/main/dessert) at €26. A miracle even occurred during our lunch! My girlfriend, who has always refused to eat peas, thoroughly enjoyed her dish, which included them. Hats off to the chef for this remarkable feat, even if I wish I had been the one to get her to eat them ;) If you're ever in the area, stop by Al Casot de la Farga; you won't be disappointed!

17/08/2026: Very fresh, local produce, cooked with passion and beautifully presented. Impeccable service. Finally, the owner is attentive and willing to share his passion for cooking. The menu deserves a Michelin star.
