29/03/2026: The people here were so lovely to me. I had just arrived in Amelie, was dragging all of my luggage up the hill, and my stomach was screaming with hunger. They spoke no English, and I no French or Catalán, but through gestures and translation on our phones, they managed to offer me some stuffed squid, which I happily accepted and enjoyed. I think I'll always remember that warm welcome very fondly when I think back on my week in Amelie.

29/06/2026: We had a wonderful evening at the Casino restaurant in Amélie-les-Bains. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the meal was excellent, generous, and beautifully presented. Special mention goes to the waiter, who was very professional, attentive, and friendly, and who made us feel completely at ease throughout our dinner. Given the current economic climate, we understand that this is a difficult time for many businesses and establishments in our lovely spa town. It is precisely in these moments that it is important to support local businesses that work with dedication and passion. Please support the shops and restaurants of Amélie-les-Bains; they truly deserve it. We, for one, will be back with great pleasure!

29/06/2026: The restaurant is air-conditioned. We ordered a chicken supreme and a boles de picoulat (a type of sausage) and were delighted. The portions were generous and delicious, and the waiter was very pleasant. I recommend it.

06/04/2026: We booked two studios for a family celebration. The location was perfect, but the real surprise was the studio itself. It was spotless, spacious, and had two terraces. The only slight drawback was the noise from spa guests leaving early in the morning for their treatments.

13/03/2026: The place to be in Reynès! You really won't find better around here. The meat is amazing, the bread and charcuterie are just as good—in short, everything is homemade with love and quality ingredients. I'm very picky about snacks and I never eat meat in restaurants except at El Millor (which lives up to its name 😉)! I highly recommend it!

03/04/2026: The reception was unfriendly. The waitress was very rude. The food (two salads, one with ham, the second without) cost 40 euros. Really mediocre, but above all very unfriendly due to the waitress.

28/03/2026: Unacceptable experience at Le Select restaurant. First visit at 2:30 pm: a woman at the entrance, cigarette in hand, introduced herself as “the owner” and curtly turned us away, saying the kitchen was closed. We returned the next day at 1 pm. This time, a man (the actual owner) greeted us properly and confirmed we could have lunch. We sat down… and that's when the absurdity began: after nearly an hour's wait, the same woman arrived and started arguing violently with the owner in front of the other customers. Then she came to us, cold and aggressive, to insist that we would only have salads, no fries, because, according to her, the kitchen was closed. No coherent explanation, no sense of service. Result: €40 for two plates of green salad (one of which contained a little pork), with no welcome, no service, and no respect. This person's behavior is simply outrageous: unpleasant, bossy, and completely unsuitable for the restaurant industry. She seems to decide everything that happens in the restaurant on her own, with complete disregard for the customer… and even the owner. It's especially unfortunate for the owner, who seems decent but clearly lets this person call the shots. Avoid this place while this situation continues.

07/07/2026: Despite a warm welcome, the pizza was disgusting, overcooked on top but undercooked underneath. A wood-fired pizza in a pie dish? I can't believe it! Christiane is doing her best. But there's a lack of hygiene; the place hasn't been cleaned in ages, and don't even get me started on the toilets 🤮

05/07/2026: As soon as we arrived, we were surprised by the restaurant's warmth. We had ordered Oasis iced teas, specifying that they were available, but the manager served us peach iced teas without explaining the change. But the worst was yet to come: five inedible pizzas, either undercooked or overcooked (the grated cheese was burnt), and with ten times the amount of flour needed for a decent pizza. And to top it all off, the manager was incredibly pushy. When we pointed out the very poor quality of her pizzas, she retorted that she knew her job well, having practiced it for... 38 YEARS! In short, we strongly advise against going to "La Ferme." If we could have given zero stars, we gladly would have!
