Le Sept Quinze sur Paris

I called between mid-September and late September to reserve a table for my birthday on October 17th for 16 people at 7:45 pm. I spoke to the owner on the phone, and it went very well. He was very kind and told me I could bring my own birthday cake. On October 17th, we arrived at 7:30 pm with 10 people, and the woman who was there that evening told me she wasn't aware of my reservation, that cakes weren't allowed, and that she had to call the manager to clarify the situation. As a result, we waited over an hour on the cold terrace before being seated. And it took even longer to get the menu, have our orders taken, and finally be served. The cake was allowed, but we (the people at the table) had to go to the bar to get it and light the candles ourselves, whereas in every other restaurant where I've celebrated my birthday, the staff light the candles and bring it out. The only good things about the evening were that the food was good and the cakes were allowed. On the other hand, the negative aspects were the communication between the owner and his colleagues, as I don't see the point of making a reservation if you end up having to wait over an hour in the cold, and the fact that there are only two people to manage both the inside and the terrace, which makes the wait very long. I recommend it for the food, but on weekends (especially on a day of a demonstration), be prepared to wait.

Delicious risotto, friendly service, and freshly baked bread that was absolutely amazing! Everything was delicious, highly recommend!

I often have lunch there; the food is good and the service is fast. The setting is magnificent. It's not far from Les Invalides, the military academy, UNESCO, or the Ministry of Labour. I recommend it.

Nice place. Had a tasty meal for a fair price. We had the escaloppe a la crème and a Hamburger de mama. Tasty and a generous portion! Highly recommended!
