We absolutely loved all the dishes. Different and original flavors and recipes. The risotto was incredible, very unique. Everything was wonderful. A great wine list. The music was very good, not intrusive. The service was excellent, very friendly, and they gave us great wine recommendations. If you're in Saint Martin de Ré, you must eat here.

The dishes were well-prepared and delicious, and the terrace was pleasant. It's a shame the service wasn't up to par. Our starters were served before the wines and cocktails, and we felt rushed throughout the meal.

Excellent meal from start to finish. The marinated salmon with cuttlefish risotto and coconut tapioca was very well balanced—bravo! The welcome wasn't particularly warm. The service was adequate, but no smiles.

I was very happy there last summer when I brought my family. I went back after my brother's funeral with a friend, and we had a wonderful meal. They have excellent service. I work in the hospitality industry myself, and for me, Serghi remains a reliable choice in Saint-Martin-de-Ré. Thank you very much.

Excellent service, the cream puffs for dessert were to die for. Although very good, it's a quality restaurant without any fuss. Prices are perhaps a little high, but in keeping with the island's style...perfect for a special occasion. Fresh ingredients, quick and friendly service, beautiful presentation, lovely terrace – what more could you ask for?
