Surrounded daily by chefs, I returned to this restaurant a second time during my visit to the island. A mastery in every aspect and a confident cuisine. A very good restaurant.

Last night, when the Zenchef platform made a mistake (which happens far too often for my liking :(((( ), the manager went out of his way to find us a table, even though they were fully booked. This was all the more kind and welcome given the excellent food (fried asparagus, exquisite fish tartare, veal brioche, pollack bouillabaisse), the somewhat short but very good wine list, and the superb service. We had a magical evening. In short, don't miss it under any circumstances!!!

As someone who frequents good restaurants, I'm rarely completely satisfied from start to finish.
It had been a very long time since I'd been so impressed… both by the quality of the ingredients and the restaurant's atmosphere, where you eat better than in the plethora of overpriced establishments listed in the guide, which often have a somber, almost funeral-like feel.
Traditional dishes with a modern twist, like a veal flan in a crispy bread crust with a reduced cream sauce and baby vegetables.
Starters of arpeggii (a type of fried pastry) in crispy panko breadcrumbs, and a Comté cheese cake with a Vin Jaune sauce.
The quality of the ingredients is paramount, but what truly sets it apart is the seasoning, which is just perfect for each dish, and above all, the impression that each dish hasn't been refrigerated, but prepared fresh daily.
(I went on a Monday, so it remains to be seen what it's like on other days.) Excellent value for money.

Accustomed to restaurants opening at 6 pm in Belgium, I arrived too early. However, I received a warm welcome.
The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented.
I forgot to note the name of the champagne. It was excellent.
