excellent restaurant... finally a restaurant that is delicious on the Ile de Ré or at least that meets my criteria. I took the pork belly as a suggestion which was delicious and perfectly cooked, like the other dishes we had. A great address on the Ile de Ré.

The Serghi was recommended to us and a promise kept! We had a great time on the terrace and our taste buds were enchanted! Very elaborate and refined cuisine from main course to dessert! Go for it without hesitation!

Traditional cuisine revisited, the quality is on the plate. Nice setting with terrace to enjoy the view of the port. The room can be noisy because it is not very big. The prices are those of the Ile de Ré. It's a bit expensive for the price. Professional and customer-oriented staff. Fast service despite the crowds in the room. I recommend

We came as a family this Saturday, March 16, upstairs in an exceptional setting like a private lounge, as if we were at home. The quality of service was exceptional, the team is very professional and pleasant. The service was perfect, the cuisine intelligent and refined. Finally, the most sublime part, the dessert, a rice pudding worthy of a 5 star, a magnificent chocolate and hazelnut dessert. In short, an address to repeat again and again and again. Looking forward to seeing this sublime team again, which exudes mutual assistance and the desire to bring joy to its customers.

My favorite address on the island,
Excellent, delicious, welcoming,
Generous glasses for sublime wines, pretty plates which host delicious dishes,
Even on a Saturday lunchtime the atmosphere is as warm as in the evening.
We know it and we never tire of it.

Not the slightest false note in this restaurant open all year round. The room is very pleasant, and the flavors are really there in the contents of the plates. Even the aperitifs are generous in the glasses.
