A tea room, but not just that… you go there for the atmosphere and the owners. The place is charming. The owners are lovely. You can have lunch, afternoon tea, or brunch. It's very pleasant. I recommend it.

We stumbled upon this adorable tea room in the beautiful village of Issigeac. The brunch was delicious, the welcome very friendly, and the place itself—an English boudoir decorated in the colors of Alice (in Wonderland)—was simply charming!

Stumbled upon this place during market day in town. A nice little diversion into Britain while in France. Friendly service and a peaceful and relaxing garden atmosphere in summer. Teas and coffee were delicious, and the food looked great.

08/09/2024: Good but just not what it used to be. We've visited this restaurant many times over the years and always was our favourite place in Issigeac. Our first visit since the change of ownership. It just isn't the same in terms of menu, ambiance and service. Food was good but lacked the laid back superiority previously. No pichets, only bottles. A solid choice but I reminesce.
24/08/2024: Une bâtisse ancienne dans laquelle on est bien accueilli, il y a de la place pour l’humour et la cuisine vaut le détour. Nous avons dîné sur la terrasse : foie gras , lieu jaune, filet de bœuf et chocolat pour terminer. Les conseils pour le vins sont de qualité et la cuisson du poisson une merveille. A noter que nous avons mangé des produits frais et locaux. Nous avons aimé passer un moment dans cet endroit et je me dis, lorsque je lis les avis que tant la critique est facile l’art est plus difficile. Nous reviendrons !

18/09/2025: Pretty, inviting, restaurant by the cathedral. Proprietor very welcoming even almost at close of day. Served four adults with superbly prepared fresh dishes, despite at their closing hour we were not rushed, indeed encouraged to enjoy the moment. We discovered the owner has a restaurant in Bergerac too, directly by the Cyrano statue. Thankyou for superb service, food and kindly generosity.
13/09/2025: I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the hospitable staff and owner. They kindly showed us how to make crepes, generously adding a large portion of Nutella and Chantilly cream for us to share. The omelette aux cèpes was fantastic, and both the salad and pizza were spot on! Highly recommend this place for its warm atmosphere and delicious food.
