This evening I tested Shalimar for the first time, which was highly recommended to me. And I can say that I am absolutely not disappointed. A treat for the taste buds, multiple flavors, top service, authentic decoration. Without hesitation the best Indian restaurant in Lyon. Hat !

We had an incredible time at Shalimar. The atmosphere and decoration are magnificent, the dishes are succulent and the service is perfect. Very beautiful culinary discoveries! The best Indian restaurant in Lyon, a must, to try without moderation!

24/03/2024: The food was excellent and I expected nothing less. We had the lalquila menu as well as the lamb madras and the portions were just perfect. the samosas, on the other hand, did not win us over. For cocktails, the Taj Mahal delighted me despite the slightly excessive price. The only downside was the service which took time and was not really pleasant as well as the tables being too small and not very spaced between them.
