I came here a few years ago and wanted to introduce this place to some friends, and we loved it! The food is fabulous, and so is the atmosphere. The staff is welcoming. They also have vegetarian options, which is great! I highly recommend it! We'll definitely be back!

It's good, the service is friendly, and the terrace is peaceful. What more could you want? The little Indian rosé goes very well with the dishes on offer. We'll be back.

An absolutely magical experience at the Shalimar restaurant in Valencia. The staff were exceptionally kind, the atmosphere was warm and refined, I felt truly pampered. The service was incredibly fast. Everything exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend it!

08/08/2026: A very warm welcome, a friendly atmosphere, the barmaid Cassiopée is very professional, I highly recommend it!!!
07/08/2026: We came to eat at Briand with a friend and we had a wonderful meal! I had the tuna tartare and my friend had a large octopus salad: a real treat! The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly suited to the heat. A bonus was the shaded terrace. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team!
