An absolutely magical experience at the Shalimar restaurant in Valencia. The staff were exceptionally kind, the atmosphere was warm and refined, I felt truly pampered. The service was incredibly fast. Everything exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend it!

A fantastic discovery!! The dishes are absolutely delicious!! Seasoned perfectly!! Wonderful offerings and a truly wonderful culinary experience! The service is impeccable, nothing to complain about!! I recommend it 100% without hesitation!! A special mention for the Chicken Tikamassala, which is absolutely divine!!

31/05/2026: This is our third time there. The first two times we were delighted, but last night the service was truly appalling. The waitress, with her earbuds in, held out her hand for us to pass her the plates. My friend had her child in her hands, and we had to stop talking to pass her the dishes, even though she had plenty of room to walk around. Completely unprofessional.
