Disappointing and expensive, 4 stars we didn't see any of, the hamburger was very dry, and my salad was swimming in dressing

Overall, a decent experience at this restaurant. The welcome lacked a bit of warmth: the service felt a little rushed, which is understandable in this industry, but a more relaxed approach would have been appreciated to make us feel more welcome 🤩. Fortunately, the young waiter definitely raised the bar with his pleasant and professional attitude, making the experience smoother and more enjoyable. As for the food, the dishes were perfectly acceptable, without any particular flaws. I was initially aiming for a 3-star rating… but there was a little twist at the end: when I paid the bill a bit too confidently (without checking 😅), a billing error was made, and the cashier caught up with me just before I left to give me the difference. An honest and much appreciated gesture that clearly changed my final impression. In short: an average experience, but saved by a good waiter and honest service at the till 👌🏿.

A gem of the Southwest! It's rare to find a place where the staff's smile is as genuine as the local produce they serve. Here, hospitality isn't just an option, it's second nature. The real highlight is the Bayonne Ham: a perfect balance, far from the trap of being "too salty," that literally melts in your mouth. You can taste the respect for the product in every slice. As for the price, the surprise is just as pleasant: the prices remain remarkably reasonable for such quality. In short: A place you come for the delicious food and return to for the warm welcome. A must-try!
