Warm welcome
The meals are very good and generous, and the side dishes, which are a nice change from the usual, pair perfectly with the main courses.
The waitresses and waiters are professional, pleasant, and attentive.
The atmosphere is fantastic; it's very friendly and lively. For rugby fans, there are often matches on TV (a must-see if you're with friends).
In any case, a very good experience; I recommend it 100%! Go for it!

I love this place. It's hard to explain, but I just feel good there. And for good meat, a baked steak, or beef tartare, it's the perfect spot. It's also one of the last restaurants in Colmar to stay open late. Remember to book ahead, as it's often full.

We received a very warm welcome. The waitress was extremely pleasant and smiling, and the service was quick, which was much appreciated.
However, I would like to point out two important issues, hoping they can be addressed.
First, the placemats really need replacing. They are very worn, to the point of coming loose, which is a shame and detracts from the overall image of the establishment.
Second, the noise level was a real drawback. We were seated next to a group of young people who weren't talking, but shouting loudly. The noise was truly excessive, making the experience uncomfortable, and we cut our meal short to leave.

I had an absolutely fantastic time at Restaurant Le Silex in Colmar! From the warm welcome and chic bistro atmosphere, you know you're in for a wonderful culinary experience. The cuisine is authentic, generous, and perfectly executed—and their homemade cordon bleu is simply extraordinary: tender, flavorful, and prepared with true expertise!
Highly recommended!
