Le Skipper sur Saint-Mandrier-Sur-Mer

If you are checking in on your yacht at Port Pin Rolland this is the only place there to eat. Food is good, we had burger(recommended), seabream, steak and everything was ok. Biggest problem is with service. Waiters don’t speak well English and are never in rush. You could sit there for an hour without being asked for anything.

Excellent dinner. Everything fresh made and the owner is ver accommodating. We ordered food to the boat. It was great. Fish, tuna and tartare.

No response to the online reservation request, no response on the phone so to make sure it was open I went there and the man was there saying he didn't have time to answer. Phew that’s reassuring… So in the evening I went there and there…. Person ! A menu of daily specials on a slate, no starter, a fillet of sea bream which is good but at €27 and a bottle of supermarket wine at €39. I am no longer surprised that this very hidden restaurant on the marina is empty. However special mention for the dessert of half a slice of roast pineapple and 1 scoop of mango ice cream, very very good but very very expensive!

Very friendly and pleasant. The homemade pineapple basil sorbet is worth the detour. Beautiful, unexpected address in the port environment
