We loved this place. We made it a habit to go for a drink and an ice cream in the evening as night fell.
We relaxed on the terrace, sitting in the chairs facing the sea.
The welcome was incredible, with a super friendly and smiling waiter.
The ice creams were delicious and generous.
I highly recommend this place; it's a real treat.

Fantastic is the perfect word to describe my review. During the heatwave, we settled in the shade and enjoyed a refreshing breeze while sipping cocktails and savoring ice cream. It was exactly the pleasure we were looking for. The service was very professional, quick, and incredibly friendly. It makes us want to come back. Of course, it's worth noting that we weren't the only ones there, and even if there was a slight wait, we respected the server, who seemed to have a good head on his shoulders, and his smile was much appreciated. Pure bliss, located right on the port, near the Massane and Madeloc rivers.

We just spent a few days in Port Argelès and discovered Le Skipper, a restaurant with extremely friendly staff, especially Lucas, who thoughtfully brought our dog a bowl of water. We tried another establishment further along the port, but we quickly returned to Le Skipper and Lucas, who is a truly kind and smiling waiter, always available and offering excellent advice. He always remembers customers, down to the smallest detail, which is really lovely. We will definitely return to this establishment to see Lucas again, who made our stay and the restaurant so enjoyable. Keep him around; he's really great.

The Skipper has become our holiday headquarters; we meet there several times a day with family or friends to enjoy wonderful cocktails. The staff is extremely friendly, and the setting is perfect for aperitifs or excellent tapas. Seriously, don't change a thing!!!
