A wonderful discovery in Les Fourgs: this restaurant at the foot of the ski lifts. Generous portions of typical local cuisine, with everything homemade, from the absinthe to the desserts. A perfect place to discover all the wonders of the Haut-Doubs region.
We went for dinner on the last night of our vacation. A lovely place, a warm welcome, and a pleasant atmosphere. We ordered a cheese fondue, which wasn't on the menu (it was mussels and fries night). We thoroughly enjoyed it. In short, nothing to complain about, I highly recommend this establishment.
