Had one of their mixed sets for €16. It comes with salad, miso soup, rice, 5 skewers and 3 pieces of salmon nigiri. The food was just fine. Skewers were okay, salmon was not the freshest. I suppose it’s hard to argue against the price, but there is better Japanese food elsewhere in Paris. That said, the restaurant is run by some lovely people, and the space itself is nice.
Located right on the main street, this is a decent, convenient spot to drop by if you are craving Japanese food and need a quick meal. The service is good; on the hot day we visited, the staff did their absolute best to keep the space comfortable by setting up fans. While it might not be a high-end culinary experience, it’s a reliable choice for a fast and satisfying lunch when you're on the go.
The dumplings weren't bad, and the chicken skewers were good. The cheese skewers weren't. And the sushi—at least the kind I had, with the nori seaweed inside—was quite poorly made.
The soup was good.
The restaurant looks old.
