Mixed feelings. The food and the menu deserve top marks. The service is good in some places, less so in others (they seated us in the most crowded and "cheapest" area as if we were just cattle). Inconsistent. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a betting shop, which clashes with the expected level of quality. The decor is adequate. The location in Saint-Germain-en-Laye is ideal, opposite the castle.

A charming place with warm service and delicious food. I had the gravlax salmon, which I highly recommend. The restaurant staff were very kind in helping me with a bulky item, which I greatly appreciated.

As regulars at Le Soubise, it's always a real pleasure to come here; we feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm and the service impeccable. Special mention to Riwan, a truly fantastic waiter: smiling, attentive, and always looking after everyone's needs. We'll definitely be back.

09/04/2026: Very pleasant atmosphere for a good restaurant with bistro-style cuisine.
01/04/2026: A great place to meet up with friends to end the day. Weather permitting, you'll be outside on the terrace, which is quieter than inside. Large wine selection 🍷 However, the charcuterie boards are disappointing, really disappointing! You'll barely get one piece per person, and the price won't encourage you to order more. A strange strategy indeed!
