Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend it

My brother-in-law introduced me to Le Soufflet, and what a discovery it was! The starters were classic (roasted Camembert and bone marrow), but executed to perfection. Then came the rib-eye steak to share with potatoes... simply unforgettable. The meat was of exceptional quality, so tender it was almost buttery, perfectly seasoned, with an incredible flavor. Honestly, you have to taste it to understand. It's on another level, in another world: the world of taste and the pleasure of dining. And the desserts were the perfect ending to the meal. But beyond the food, a word about the waiter, whose professionalism, good humor, and attentiveness to the customers added a special touch and made the experience absolutely perfect. From beginning to end, everything was exceptional. If I had to rate this experience: 12/10!

Good restaurant with a nice selection. A wonderful welcome: I've come several times on my own while traveling in the area and I'm always made to feel incredibly welcome! I loved the duck leg with potatoes, of course, and the gourmet salad with foie gras and duck breast.

The welcome and staff were very warm and attentive. The menu was simple, typical of a good French restaurant, and it was truly excellent. Nothing beats a perfectly cooked piece of beef. I highly recommend it! Inexpensive and delicious. Thank you.
