Dear readers... Since your visit, the decor has changed; new owner... very nice, pleasant decor 👍🏻.. The meat is perfect... both the veal loin and the beef... a real treat! Judging by some reviews, it's true that the biggest challenge lies with the staff, who are constantly running around, attending to different customers, and consequently forgetting the most important thing: "your service" at your table. A table scheduling system needs to be implemented for each customer. This can be frustrating for many customers who are waiting and trying to get a server's attention. The atmosphere is quite pleasant, with music, singers, and DJs. The mountain prices are there, it must be said... but if you have a good time, you can quickly forget about that and realize how enjoyable it was. Also, be mindful of the reception... some people leave without being seen in the lobby... and the manager can't be everywhere... and the welcome is crucial in places like this. Even in the afternoon on the terrace, the service is rushed and sometimes lacks tact... and given the prices, gentlemen seasonal workers, smile and you'll make the tourists happy...

We had a very good evening. The waiter was very attentive. The cocktails and food were very good. Just a small comment about the ti' punch: at €12, it was only 1 cm in the glass and had four slices of lime! 😅 The Italicus Spritz cocktail was a great discovery. The singer was fantastic, a nice change from the piano. But the background music was a bit too loud. We'll be back.

I'm only giving 4 stars for the service because it's important to differentiate between service quality and speed of service. Regarding the welcome and friendliness, my rating would be 5/5, but the speed of service was too slow for my liking and deserves a 3/5.

Always very satisfied with the set menu of the day and dessert for €21! We had lunch on Saturday, February 28th, with our two young children inside. Efficient and quick service, excellent food, everything was perfect! One small complaint: three friends who wanted to have lunch and arrived at 1:45 pm were turned away on the pretext that the kitchen was closed! On a Saturday with arrivals and departures, this is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, they are well-known in Alpe d'Huez and are unlikely to return!

The service needs improvement; we waited 20 minutes before ordering. We asked if we could order some snacks, like a platter or sausage. The dark-haired waiter in a green puffer jacket told us it wasn't possible before 7:00 PM. Two minutes later, the table next to us was served a cheese platter. We would like to thank the blonde waitress for her professionalism; she immediately accommodated our request. We have no complaints about the quality of the food or cocktails.

The food was good, but the portions (especially the fondue) were too small considering the price of the meal: it spoiled the dinner.

Everything was perfect! The food, the service (thank you Aziliz!), the cocktails, and the atmosphere, thanks to the superb singer who sings beautifully. We had a very pleasant evening. The only thing missing to make it perfect is continuous service at the Sporting, including late lunches in the sun on the terrace ;)

Centrally located restaurant in the resort, next to the ice rink. For dinner, a lovely atmosphere and attentive, charming, and efficient service. Delicious food. Good cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. A singer provides pleasant entertainment. We had a wonderful time. Reservations are recommended. The price (aperitif, starter, main course, and dessert) is comparable to a celebratory meal.

I recommend the booth table behind the bar, the servers are warm and attentive, the food is good, meat cooked to order, unlimited sauce, the Chorizo ​​mezze is amazing to share, the cookie and the floating island made this lovely evening sublime, accompanied by the smiling jazz singer.
