Le Spot Restaurant - Crêperie sur Mimizan

We had two different burgers (one of them vegetarian) and two different galettes (savory buckwheat crepes). Everything was absolutely delicious, and all the staff were incredibly friendly (even when we changed our order). Luckily, we arrived relatively early, so the four of us were able to get a table without any problems. But by 8:00 pm, all the tables were full. Highly recommended! 👍

Warm welcome. Very nice restaurant with a pleasant decor. A wide variety of dishes, all very generous. The crepes were a real treat. Very fast service.

Excellent experience, delicious food and fast service

Generally, the galettes are good, but I had the very bad idea of ​​trying a scallop galette. What a mistake! It was disgusting. The scallops were frozen, full of water, and completely tasteless. You should remove them from your menu. They ruin everything. I mentioned it to the restaurant. I got the impression they couldn't have cared less.

The experience had started off well enough: the welcome was pleasant, and the aperitif and starter went very smoothly. Unfortunately, the rest of the service revealed serious organizational problems. After a long wait, a waitress came to ask if we wanted the dessert menu, even though our main courses still hadn't arrived. When they finally did, there was a mistake in my order. In order to eat at the same time as my family and avoid further waiting, I chose to keep the dish that had been served (which was, admittedly, quite good). The problems piled up when it came time for our children's dessert: The butter and sugar crepe we ordered was served without butter and contained rum, which is particularly inappropriate for a child. Despite our pointing out the lack of butter, the waitress insisted that there was some. The second dessert, meanwhile, simply never arrived, despite our repeated requests. Tired of waiting, we finally decided to leave and pay the bill. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the person who seemed to be in charge, we received only silence and a tense bill, without the slightest apology or consideration of our comments. It's a real shame, but the lack of professionalism in the dining room and the complete disregard for the mistakes made will not make us want to return.

The service is impeccable, the waiters/waitresses are pleasant. There's a really warm atmosphere in this restaurant. The choices are varied and the portions are generous. We went back the next day!! I recommend it ;)

A wonderful discovery located on a quieter but nonetheless pleasant street in Mimizan. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and a generous sharing platter. Special mention for the children's menu, which was perfectly suited to our needs (my 6-year-old was a child). Highly recommended.
